Return & exchange policy
At Pushpjal, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders received till 9:00 am will be dispatched within 6 to 24 hours. Orders received after 9.00 pm or on nonworking days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 6 to 36 hours depending on the location of delivery. Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
- Exchange Policy:
We offer an exchange policy only at the time of delivery. Because water product can not be exchanged later, it may be spoilage.
The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused with all tags and labels intact.
The exchange will happen only once.
The exchange must be sent to us at the time you received the parcel.
- Return Policy:
The return must be delivered to us at the time you received the parcel.
The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
The return will happen only once.
The return charge may be applied, it will be 20 rupees for per product.
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.
The refund may take up to 2 – 7 working days to reflect in your account.
